For a large shower, choose activities where guests can answer at the same time. Bingo works individually; trivia and emoji puzzles work well at tables. Use a microphone or readable screen when the room needs it, and plan how winners will be checked.

2. Find the Guest
Allow ten minutes for mingling, with a seated option for guests who prefer it. Ask guests to learn a name rather than rush through a checklist.
3. Wedding Trivia
Use table teams of four to six. Everyone writes an answer before the host reveals it. A designated scorekeeper records one point per correct team answer.
4. Word Scramble
Use individual browser rounds or a shared screen with paper answers. Announce a clear stopping point and check spelling consistently.
5. Emoji Pictionary
Project the clues and ask teams to submit one answer each. Read the emoji objects aloud when needed. Keep a separate team scoreboard.
6. He Said / She Said
For the built-in round, explain that answers are fictional samples. For a personalized show of hands, collect statements from the couple and host the vote yourself.
7. Ring Hunt
Give each player one ring and agree the banned words. When someone catches a banned word, transfer a ring and update both counts in the host tracker. This is a word-catching game, not a hidden-ring search.

For 40 guests, allow five minutes for instructions, ten for the quiz and five to check scores and handle ties. Give each table one answer sheet and a team name. Choose a spare question in advance, or share the win.
